Mike Zirilli, Owner. Mike runs the business with customer service as the utmost priority. He learned the ropes from his dad, the shop's founder, and adheres to the same old school values as his father. Mike makes it a point to get to know his customers and provide solutions that meet their individual needs. He understands what it means to be a "neighborhood business" and makes every effort to enrich the local community.
Greg Reardon, Service Manager. Greg joined Arborway in 2004 with previous car dealership experience. Greg prides himself on taking time with all his customers to clearly explain what is going on with their car. Very easy going and quick with a quip, Greg goes out of his way to make sure all his customers leave feeling good about the work they have had done. Asked to describe himself, he says, "Im like Henry Ford meets PT Barnum, plenty of knowledge and lots of fun."
Thai, Karl, Gino, and Eugenio, Technicians. The 4 man crew inside the shop are skilled in all vehicle systems and work as a team. Greg and the boys live by the words stamped on their T-shirts and sweatshirts " The Safe Way, The Right Way, The Arbor Way."
